Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. We do not accept returns or exchanges since all our pieces are made to order. In case of a quality defect please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, by email to contact@showsha.in with your exchange request. Please include your order number/order confirmation email, details of the piece you would like to exchange, photographs of the defect. Please ensure that the garment, if returned is unused, in its original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the email, we shall process a return of the garment- after receiving the garment we shall check the condition it is received in. Please ensure that the garment is unworn and should not have any body odour or perfume scents. Our team will review the garment, and the final rights to decide remain with Showsha. Once the damage is confirmed, the new piece will be processed and delivered to you in 14 business days.
